Residential support staff  needed for licensed personal care facility located in Limeport(Coopersburg/Center Valley area), PA! Position will involve supporting individuals in recovery with activities of daily living, doctor appointments, community activities, employment searches, retention of skills, and related tasks. Full-time and Part-time positions are available. Hiring for ALL shifts! Pay ranges from $11-$13. Pay rate increases 25 cents if 2nd shift and 50 cents if 3rd shift.

All candidates must have a valid driver's license, mandatory drug testing and a criminal background check.

Minimum requirements for the position include:

1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services, which includes, but may not be limited to the following: sociology, political science, counseling, criminal justice, pastoral counseling, elementary/special education of family therapy, and, a minimum of one (1) year direct care experience or supervised practice in lieu of the experience requirement.
2. Two (2) years direct care experience and high school diploma (or equivalency) plus twelve (12) semester credit hours from an approved educational program.
